Virtual Assistant


Virtual Assistant is an administrative assistant such as any other assistant, secretary, etc. that you are use to seeing work at someone's office. The virtual portion means they work using know-how to complete your assignments, they do not physically come in to your office & work from a table there. They work from our their offices.

An independent contractor who gives administrative services to clients when they are operating outside of the client's office. A virtual assistant usually works from a home /office, but can access the necessary planning documents, such as shared calendars, remotely. People employed as virtual assistants usually have several years of secretarial or office management experience.
